Valentine’s Day

Iv woken up in paradise. Never did I believe I would find myself a sugar daddy let alone be asked to go away on a tropical vacation , all expenses paid. This is what you always hear about, oh a friend of a friend had this guy take her away, now I get to be that girl.

I woke up in my room extremely early and excited. I had been told he had a Valentine’s surprise for me at 9.30 and had to start getting ready. We drove to the pier and waited… And waited.. Then it appeared around the corner. “Surprise “he said.

He had organised a private Valentine’s Day breakfast on a gondola around the river. The boat was beautiful. Rose petals scattered everywhere, and a bunch of rainbow roses sitting on the table for me. I have never been so romanced in my life!

We ate and I passed over my gift to him. Since he has started getting into fitness I decided to get him a sports watch that tracks your progress, along with a coupon book I had made with various deeds he can claim and I’ll for fill, some funny some sexual. However this managed to fall over board and get wet πŸ™ˆ.

He felt so bad but it’s really an easy gift to re make. After breakfast he took me for a long walk around the shops. Let Valentine’s continue. He gave me his credit card as I walked into lorna Jane and purchased 3 bags of clothing.

We ended up spending most of the day at the beach, drinking and tanning until he realised the cricket was on Tv. Back at the resort I was booked in for a 3 hour day spa treatment so he could head to the pub, watch the cricket and put some bets on. As a joke he said he would place one for me too.

That night he headed back and I got dressed up. He took me to an outdoor bar. It was very laid back with fairy lights and live music. He then handed me my last gift across the table. It was a piece of paper folded over. I opened it thinking he had wrote me a note. It took a while to understand what it was. I had told him earlier to put a bet on for me with a random numbered horse. It won! And payed out at $1500.

I felt so bad taking it but couldn’t believe how lucky it was! He had backed the same number too with a lot more money. We were celebrating with cocktail after cocktail! Maybe a few to many. He was completely intoxicated! I wasn’t the best either but the better of the two. To my surprise he handed me the keys to the Chrysler. Fudge!!! I’m driving an extremely expensive car absolutely blind! Can’t believe he trust me that much.

To my surprise I’m a great driver although I don’t condone driving like that and have never in my life! Melb sugar was a mess so I tucked him into bed, turned on the sports channel, turned off all the lights and kissed him good night.

What an amazing day! I won money, had a romantic breakfast, got cloths, swimmers and received a complete pamper package. This is for sure a Valentine’s Day to remember

You are what you eat

So in saying that your body is what your selling and number one priority is making yourself the best possible version you can be.

As important as exercise is in your every day life and keeping toned it’s only a small percentage of keeping fit, 70 percent is what you eat! Having been away from the gym and exercise for 3 weeks Iv noticed my body change for the better by just focusing on food.

Some little tips. For a flat stomach I eat almonds! They are full of natural fat and actually have the ability to help burn lower stomach fat. Stick to only one handful per serve.
Try as much as you can to also add protein into every meal. It could be eggs for breakfast, a shake, some meat, chicken anything you can do.
And last cut the caffeine!! No soft drinks no coffee. These things either contain a tone of sugar or help keep water retention. Girls this is what causes cellulite!! You need to be drinking plenty of water to flush out all the toxins from your body. However if you do have cellulite a great thing to help is an exfoliating glove. Rub this over the dry skin. It helps increase the blood flow around the area and will in time reduce the built up cellulite 😊

Let’s get physical

Argh so happy iv finally been cleared to go back to the gym!! It’s been about 3 weeks since iv been down and sick with a doctors note banning me from working out. I didn’t even know they could do that!

So starting back slowly … Not! straight into legs and abs for meπŸ˜„πŸ’ͺ. Thank god my body has mussel memory and will bounce hopefully back into shape.

Taking it one step at a time. My main focus is trying to get toned again. Since being sick iv lost 6kg averaging between 59-63kg which for me is tiny! Just need to find the energy to keep myself motivated to actually go.

Little tip: if your getting back into the gym especially to tone or bulk up for energy it’s important to have one pre workout snack 30mins before training and post workout snack an hr after. If you want something straight away keep it light and high in protein for recovery like a chocolate milk, protein shake or my personal fav weekend warrior boost juice.

Anyways my butt is so sore I can hardly get up the stairs will update later after work.

We finally meet!!

So I took a major leap of faith. Iv had sugar daddy’s ask to fly me around and I can stay in a hotel before but my instincts were never to trust it as the control is out of my hands.

Since Melb sugar has been stuck with work he asked if I would consider it. Since we have been talking for a few weeks and his been so generous with helping me out I just said yes and left.

I’m currently waiting at the airport just reflecting on our time spent together. One day kind of became two lol whoops but thankfully I’ll be back today for New Years if this plane ever stops being delayed.

So I arrived in Melbourne without my Melb sugar insite . I was really freaking out until he called saying he got stuck at work but i should have a driver there waiting for me. Surely enough one little man in a suit had a sign of my name and led me out to the car.
I was becoming so nervous!!! Not only was i traveling to another state to meet a guy iv never seen but now I’m in a car with a stranger too. Silly as it sounds I called my mum to have a chat. Not that she could do anything to help but you always feel safer talking to family.
The car pulled up at the hotel, I went to the desk got my key and headed inside. My god he is so cute! A glass of champaign was waiting for me with rose peddles on the floor in a love heart shape. Iv never really been romanced before so this was like something out of a movie. I settled in for the next hour or so until he contacted me saying his coming over and we’re going out.

He rocked up at my door. Sooooo not what I expected! His tall brown hair and eyes and just such a beautiful personality! He really made me feel comfortable at once. Holding my hand he led me out to the car and took me to my outing.. Lol wait for it ….. The cricket.

#fail, watching men play with there batts and balls isn’t exactly my idea of fun but hey if his into it I’ll be too. It wasn’t as bad as I thought and he did love explaining the game and the players to me.
After cricket it was dinner time. He took me out for sushi! Iv been complaining about how I haven’t had it in forever so I was really really excited then headed back to the room for some drinks.
We were getting extremely drunk lol well I was at least. We started talking about being together and the prospects of him moving to sydney. As a joke I looked up properties in Mosman and we found the most beautiful one. 4 bedrooms, 2 story water front with a shoe room! Yep what every girl dreams of. Hopefully I win lotto lol.

After this he politely told me iv been up for ages gave me a kiss and left to go home to his bed. He is really respectful while here my hotel was like my house. Just because he was paying for it he said didn’t give him the right to just crash, he wants me to feel safe and not pressured.

He actually just messaged me. His put an offer in for the place in Sydney, it’s being built 5-8 months 4mil. That’s crazy!!!!! Not to sure if his being legit or not but I like to stay positive lol

Time for a change? Physically??

Ok guys it’s that time of year. We have all stuffed our faces and produced food babies while drinking way to much wine. So what now?
We all go down the same typical track of New Years resolutions of the quickest way to lose weight?
Having lost 25kg myself and tried almost every method of weight loss possible I’m here to shed some light.

1. First of all if your looking to get a box gap stop now! It’s mostly genetic, I had one when I was 93kg and still now that I’m 60.

2. Starving yourself may look great for the first few days but as soon as you start to eat again your body holds onto all of it and you will put on more then Weight then before.

3. This also goes for skinny teas and weight loss drinks as soon as you go off them you will put on at least 2-5 extra kg then you started with. These teas are for a life style not for a few weeks.

4. Shakes, these are good if you are trying to regulate your eating habits however you should not replace every meal as said before as soon as you substitute back to food your absorbing different nutritional values and not as much protein there for weight gain can happen again.

5. Fat burners. Great for pre workouts! It excels the mebolic rate in which you will burn fat. Keep in mind this works best while working out after. Can also be a tad addictive and depending on the right brand to strong. For girls I would recommend bombshell. It’s one specifically catered to our needs.

6.cutting out coffee. This is actually a major key to weightloss. As soon as I did this I dropped 5kg alone. Coffee helps retain water, once you stop this you can flush and cleanse you body properly giving you a fresh start and a foundation to fuel yourself with healthy foods.

7.colonic hydrotherapy. I myself have done this twice. It helps if you suffer from IBS or stomach pains. For you to see the proper results 3 sessions are recommended. It flushes out all the toxins stuck inside your intestines and bowl. The results are really amazing and scary as you can actually hold fesies inside your large intestines for months. Results are instant, you feel lighter, stomach is flatter but once again to maintain you should start eating fresh otherwise you are just cleaning your body to harm it again.

8. Never restrict yourself from what you love. Telling yourself I’m not aloud to eat this will only make you want it more! It’s all about portion and control. If you want to eat a whole pizza do it! If you want to have kfc fine but the meal should be your lunch to allow time to burn it off and for dinner lower the calorie intake.

9. Sleep! This is a major key to all weightloss. You actually burn fat while you sleep. There for I can’t stress how important it is to get enough of it on a regular basis. This is why when I’m down I loose weight.

10. It’s about willpower! How badly do you want to make a change? You need to look at yourself in the mirror and actually ask if this is the person you want to reflect who you are. Does the skin on the outside show the person you are within?
I did a test for will power. Subway cookies. I bought two and put them on my desk in the morning in plan site. If I made it to 4pm I was aloud to eat both. It took amazing restrain but the reward and feeling I had that I managed to accomplish it was overwhelming. If I could do that why couldn’t I lose weight.

Just a few tips and some help for anyone trying fad diets.

So since iv been up so early I took some escort money and got a couple of ingredients.
Just because it’s the holidays does not mean you have to put on weight option number one which kind of deflated but still taste amazing!

And for some healthy light ideas I decided to do two salads which I’m making for Christmas. One is very light, would use it as an appetiser I guess and the other a mango, Cashew prawn salad.

A Messy Night, lead to my Prince Charming

Holly Guacamole what the fudge happened last night!!!!!

My second date with the detective, all was great! We were at an extremely nice restraint in manly by the water, kind of expensive but he really didn’t seem to mind. We were having beautiful seafood lunch topped with a nice bottle of wine.

Perfect, then we decided to go next door and continue drinking. Not 1 but 2 extra bottles of wine later I couldn’t stand. It overwhelmed me like a tone of bricks!! With his hand around me to hold me up we boarded a boat and headed back to the city. I was an absolute mess on the boat. I threw up twice! And wouldn’t take any water, he picked me up and put me on his lap holding me close as I fell asleep with my head on his chest.

In the taxi back to mine he took a turn for the worst, just as intoxicated as me I helped him up to my apartment and got him a bottle of water then it was my turn to fall yet again… straight back to the bathroom to throw up some more. He was the sweetest thing!!! Holding my hair back, putting my hair up in an elastic band, brushing my teeth, taking my shoes off and then apparently watched me sleep for 3 hours to make sure nothing happened to me. He even put his back to mine making a fort so that I couldn’t roll onto my back in my sleep and potentially choke.

Waking up in the morning with his arms around me. He is a stand up gentlemen, we haven’t had sex, we haven’t even kissed yet! And still ..He was with me all night taking care of me and even getting coffee for us in the morning. Im actually shocked his still texting me and still wants to see me. Apparently I’m a very classy drunk and spill some extremely big words while intoxicated that I have no idea what they mean lol.

Im so lost though. How did I find someone like this? Do I even deserve someone as sweet as his been to me? After my ex I didn’t want to jump into anything serious and I guess I haven’t as we havant even kissed yet but this guy is just amazing. He is potential life partner material. I really feel like iv found someone special . He is pretty much my prince charming.

A Healthy life is a Happy life

Ok bloggers iv had a massive amount of requests for my diet and food tips and tricks to staying healthy.So lets spill the beans.

Firstly i myself was once 93 kg so i know what its like to try and lose weight and fail time and time again, the first thing that you need to do is look inside yourself and say is this really the person i want to be or should i strive to be the best possible version of myself.For me sadly my motivation was my mum, she was quite overweight and i was afraid of ending up like her. This however worked out amazingly as I turned out to be her motivation and we both lost 8 dress sizes between us.

So lets get down to business. 70% of your bodies Β transformation is your diet I have currently cut out all breads and diary. However never let yourself go hungry or restrict. If you want to eat a whole pizza go for, I have but I then wont really eat much for dinner after that.

In saying this I had just started a new cleanses I am doing with my beach bikini bombshell babe Bell. Bell contacted me asking if I would do this 30day program with her as she wasn’t happy with what winter had done to her body.Bell is usually a very skinny 64 kg but has escalated to 77 kg in the past few months so I would do anything to make her feel better again.

The cleanse is a 30day program consisting of anti ageing supplements, body cleansing supplements, protein shakes for breakfast and dinner if you wish, plus amazing snacks. A typical shake day would be waking up having an elixir, a shake with beauty supplements, morning tea( your choice of nuts, eggs,celery ect) , snack which is provided, Lunch (knife and fork meal) afternoon tea, snack and dinner which is again a shake. You follow this for 5-6 days a week.

For the next 1-2 days you partake in the full cleanse, these days do not consist of food. Don’t get me wrong I’m still never hungry. A cleanse day is waking up , elixir, supplements, a cleanse for life shake, snack, energy shot, shake again, snack , shake, snack. It may not seem like much but I found these days extremely easy. Due to the fact you are constantly snacking or drinking the body does not crave food.

I am only on day 6 of the 30day program and I have to admit the results so far are incredible. Im looking younger, my skin is so clear,less stressed and iv lost 4 kg, Bell has lost 6 kg with no gym or exercise at all. I was a massive skeptic of this as it does cost a lot of money but I have to admit it actually works.

I am only doing this for 30days then going back to my routine of poached eggs, blended raw smoothies and meatball salads. Having flushed all of the toxins out of my body with this I believe I will be a much healthier version of myself πŸ™‚
